What you will do

• Deliver prompt IT support via ticketing systems and resolve issues within 24 hours.
• Execute IT onboarding and offboarding procedures and manage system access.
• Document support scenarios and implement AI-powered solutions to streamline workflows.
• Manage user accounts across platforms including Google Cloud Identity.
• Support CRM (Salesforce) and cloud productivity suites.
• Establish support metrics and report on solution effectiveness.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in-office in Largo, FL.
• Strong technical troubleshooting abilities with hardware and software systems.
• Experience with IT support processes and ticketing systems.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities independently with a professional demeanor.
• Must comply with strict federal data security guidelines (IRS Publication 4557).
