What you will do

• Provide high-touch, onsite IT support for employees in the New York City office.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer and optimize core SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, and Zoom.
• Manage macOS devices and infrastructure using MDM solutions like Jamf or Intune.
• Troubleshoot A/V, networking, and hardware issues for employees and corporate events.
• Collaborate on automation and process improvements using scripting (Python, Bash).

Requirements

• 3+ years of IT support experience in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
• Strong proficiency with Okta (SSO/MFA), Google Workspace administration, and macOS.
• Hands-on experience with scripting or automation (e.g., Python, Bash, Okta Workflows).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to support senior leadership.
• Must be able to provide onsite support in the New York City office.

Nice to have

• Experience managing MDM tools such as Jamf, Kandji, or Intune.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows environments.
