IT Operations Specialist (AI)

Location: Sunnyvale, CA. Must be a U.S. person (Citizen, Green Card holder, etc.) due to export control regulations.

Salary: $108,000 – $143,000

What you will do

• Manage and scale identity and access management platforms (Okta) including lifecycle automation.
• Administer macOS and Windows endpoints using MDM platforms like Jamf and Intune.
• Own and optimize ITSM platforms (Freshservice) including ticketing workflows and asset tracking.
• Automate IT processes using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Terraform.
• Support VDI environments and end-user workstations for a distributed workforce.
• Maintain technical documentation and participate in on-call rotations for critical incidents.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in IT support or operations, preferably in cloud-native/high-growth environments.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) for export control compliance.
• Proficiency with Okta, Jamf, Intune, and ITSM tools (e.g., Freshservice).
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Solid understanding of cloud security fundamentals, MFA, and endpoint protection.
• Ability to troubleshoot across SaaS, identity, and network layers.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes or containerized environments.
• Knowledge of SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance frameworks.
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms via APIs.
• Familiarity with office network topology and physical hardware.
