What you will do

• Administer daily IT operations and maintain a robust support infrastructure.
• Provide on-site technical support to executive-level employees.
• Manage and resolve user issues using ticketing tools.
• Perform SaaS application administration and system updates.
• Support a variety of hardware and operating systems.
• Prioritize multiple projects while adapting to evolving business needs.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in an IT Help Desk role or similar capacity.
• Minimum 3 days per week in-office attendance in Boston, MA.
• Proficiency in SaaS application administration and ticketing systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and operating systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in a startup environment.
• Familiarity with MacOS support.
• Experience with videoconferencing support.
• Knowledge of asset management and tracking.
