What you will do

• Manage and configure IAM tools including SSO and MFA, enforcing the principle of least privilege.
• Oversee deployment and maintenance of device management platforms to ensure security hardening and compliance.
• Administer collaboration tools such as Google Workspace and Office 365, and provide user training materials.
• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues for employees across multiple time zones.
• Conduct regular security audits and collaborate with the information security team on broader security initiatives.
• Maintain a complete inventory of IT assets and manage the full hardware lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT administration focusing on IAM and security.
• Proficiency with identity platforms like Okta, Azure AD, or Rippling.
• Hands-on experience with Jamf, Intune, VPNs, and endpoint security solutions.
• Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and Windows/macOS/Linux environments.
• Must be based in New York or San Francisco.
