What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable IT systems, automations, and AI-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage identity and access management (IAM) systems, including SSO, MFA, and lifecycle provisioning.
• Oversee device management platforms and automate lifecycle workflows from procurement to retirement.
• Develop scripts and integrations to automate repetitive IT processes and improve cross-platform consistency.
• Partner with Security and Engineering teams to ensure all IT solutions align with compliance and architecture standards.
• Provide high-level technical support and serve as an escalation point for complex system-level issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT, systems engineering, or IT automation.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Hands-on experience with identity management platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD) and device management tools (e.g., Jamf, Intune).
• Strong understanding of networking principles, secure connectivity, and SaaS administration.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in New York City or San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or highly regulated environments.
• Background in building internal tools, bots, or AI-assisted support workflows.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with security tools like EDR, vulnerability management, or SIEM platforms.
