What you will do

• Collaborate with senior engineers to learn codebase, systems, and engineering practices.
• Design and build well-tested software components under mentorship.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools like Claude Code for coding, testing, and debugging.
• Write and maintain automated tests to ensure system reliability.
• Debug issues and make incremental improvements to existing services.
• Participate in code reviews and join the on-call rotation after onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
• Exposure to at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, Go, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Projects involving distributed systems, APIs, or IoT/embedded devices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Internship or open-source project experience.
