• Build proactive talent pipelines across Product, Engineering, Corporate, and Creative functions.
• Conduct market mapping to identify target companies and competitive talent landscapes.
• Surface market insights and hiring trends to enable recruiters and hiring leaders.
• Support high-priority executive and hard-to-fill searches with deep research.
• Leverage data to develop strong opinions on top feeder companies and candidate backgrounds.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 0–4 years of experience in recruiting research, sourcing, or executive search.
• Strong curiosity and ability to quickly understand new industries and talent markets.
• Excellent research skills with high attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data to identify patterns and improve sourcing strategies.
• Strong written communication skills for thoughtful candidate outreach.
