What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end inbound demand generation strategy and execution across all channels.
  • Build and run integrated campaigns including content, email, paid, and organic efforts.
  • Manage the company website, including messaging, CRO, and landing page optimization.
  • Lead SEO strategy, covering keyword research, content creation, and technical improvements.
  • Partner with the sales team to align campaigns with pipeline goals and support SDR sequences.
  • Mentor and manage the Paid/SEO Growth Specialist.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing at a B2B company.
  • Proven track record of building inbound programs that generate measurable pipeline.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to produce compelling content for business audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and paid channels like Google and LinkedIn.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience building dashboards and optimizing performance.
  • Comfortable in a player-coach role, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to finance leaders such as CFOs or controllers.
  • Background in ERP, accounting software, or fintech.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Prior experience managing a small team.
