TL;DR

Integrated Growth Marketer (AI): Building and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive demand for an agentic AI automation platform with an accent on lead generation, ABM strategy, and full-funnel performance. Focus on scaling repeatable campaign playbooks, collaborating with Sales on account-based motions, and rigorously tracking impact across revenue and pipeline influence.

Location: Must be based in San Francisco (On-site)

Salary: $140,000 – $240,000

What you will do

  • Design and run integrated multi-channel campaigns including email, direct mail, webinars, and landing pages.
  • Own end-to-end execution and orchestration of design, content, video, and paid media efforts.
  • Partner with Sales to align marketing activities with top-priority accounts and competitive pipeline goals.
  • Write and scale repeatable campaign playbooks across different audience segments and use cases.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize for engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue.
  • Balance quick experiments with larger experimental bets to drive consistent growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or ABM marketing within B2B SaaS or high-growth environments.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling integrated multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong creative instincts combined with rigorous operational and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and optimize performance effectively.
  • Comfort working in a lean, high-growth environment with significant ambiguity.
  • Must be available for full-time on-site work in San Francisco.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Unify, Instantly, Clay, or Framer.
  • Experience running and hosting webinars for B2B audiences.
