What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for attracting high-growth startups.
  • Build and scale partnerships with VCs, accelerators, and founders through exclusive community events and workshops.
  • Manage the startup digital footprint across owned and paid channels including newsletters, webinars, and social media.
  • Architect and deploy automated email nurture programs to convert ecosystem awareness into active program interest.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key startup influencers and founders to amplify brand presence.
  • Use data-driven insights to measure performance, prioritize marketing spend, and report on funnel impact.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of growth or startup marketing experience with deep roots in the startup or venture capital landscape.
  • Proven track record of full-stack B2B marketing execution spanning physical community building and digital growth mechanics.
  • Strong commercial mindset with direct accountability for KPIs like program enrollments, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the executive presence to engage with top-tier VC partners and founders.
  • Must be based in San Francisco, CA.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build new programs from scratch in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Established network within the Silicon Valley, NYC, or North American startup and VC ecosystems.
  • Advanced proficiency with marketing tech stacks including Salesforce, Marketo, and Outreach.
