What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end annual global compensation planning cycle for base, bonus, and equity allocation.
  • Transform market intelligence and data operations by leveraging AI to automate routine tasks.
  • Oversee global market intelligence and survey participation across 7+ countries.
  • Direct the delivery of seamless and data-integrated global recognition programs.
  • Partner with HRIS and Finance teams to ensure system readiness and budget alignment.
  • Lead and empower a unified team of compensation professionals focused on predictive analytics.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Mountain View, CA or San Diego, CA.
  • 8+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR operations in a global environment.
  • Proven success leading large-scale program execution and recognition programs.
  • Strong proficiency with Workday Compensation modules.
  • 3+ years of experience managing high-performing teams.
