Salary: $151,000 – $231,000 OTE (depending on location and level)

What you will do

• Partner with Account Managers to deliver customized product demonstrations and build business cases for customer expansion.
• Evaluate requirements and design best-fit Ramp architecture, including APIs, ERP integrations, and HRIS connectors.
• Act as a technical advisor to customers and internal teams on integration, configuration, and system design.
• Troubleshoot ERP blockers across platforms such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, and Oracle Fusion.
• Influence the product roadmap by channeling customer pain points and feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge bases to scale integration support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, or Implementation within SaaS or fintech.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Hands-on familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Fusion) and accounting workflows.
• Comfort with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture.
• Based in the US or Canada.
