Salary: $180,000 – $210,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Lead critical strategy workstreams, including investment decisions, new product lines, and structural bets.
- Drive corporate development by leading M&A diligence and proactive acquisition theses.
- Frame and solve ambiguous, cross-enterprise operational issues with no clear precedent.
- Own high-impact business operations, including annual planning and executive reporting.
- Support international expansion through market selection and entry strategy execution.
- Serve as a senior representative for the company with external counterparties and investors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, BizOps, or corporate development at high-growth startups.
- Deep analytical and financial-modeling strength with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to own ambiguous, high-stakes problems from definition through execution independently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to earn trust from senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience using AI and automation to build repeatable systems.
- Must be based in the US or Americas with availability for occasional travel.
