Salary: $180,000 – $210,000 + Equity

A high-growth fintech startup building a new credit system that uses real-time financial signals to provide fair access to credit for millions of customers worldwide.

What you will do

  • Lead critical strategy workstreams, including investment decisions, new product lines, and structural bets.
  • Drive corporate development by leading M&A diligence and proactive acquisition theses.
  • Frame and solve ambiguous, cross-enterprise operational issues with no clear precedent.
  • Own high-impact business operations, including annual planning and executive reporting.
  • Support international expansion through market selection and entry strategy execution.
  • Serve as a senior representative for the company with external counterparties and investors.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, BizOps, or corporate development at high-growth startups.
  • Deep analytical and financial-modeling strength with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to own ambiguous, high-stakes problems from definition through execution independently.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to earn trust from senior stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience using AI and automation to build repeatable systems.
  • Must be based in the US or Americas with availability for occasional travel.
