What you will do

• Analyze back office and IT processes related to Data Management against product capabilities and technologies.
• Design and support the building of hirify.global Data Management configurations based on client requirements.
• Conduct workshops to capture, define, and suggest the most adapted solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with clients throughout the project timeline and provide input to the product roadmap.
• Advise on process improvements and contribute to documenting implementation best practices.
• Participate in international know-how exchange and knowledge sharing within service line projects.

Requirements

• Experience with market data vendors such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or SIX.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL and reporting scripting technology.
• Proven experience working in an Agile environment with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to communicate clearly across disciplines with engineers, business experts, and stakeholders.
• Experience working in an international setting with diverse cultures.
• Must be based in Toronto to support the hybrid work model.
