Senior Manager, Revenue Strategy & Operations (Fintech): Driving the strategy and operating rigor for the Partnerships business with an accent on revenue analysis and partner performance optimization. Location: Hybrid (New York, San Francisco, or Salt Lake City) with on-site expectations of 2-3 days per week. Relocation assistance available for candidates outside these areas.
Salary: $184,000 - $230,000 USD (for Tier 1 markets)

What you will do
- Own revenue and performance analysis for the partnerships channel through reporting and dashboards.
- Design and refine operating rhythms, including planning cycles, performance reviews, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships teams to diagnose and resolve partner performance bottlenecks.
- Conduct market and competitive research on the property management software landscape.
- Lead CRM and systems process improvements to ensure accurate data capture.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives such as new partner onboarding models and playbook development.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in strategy and operations, management consulting, or revenue operations.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Strong financial modeling skills and ability to translate data into structured analyses and decisions.
- Experience supporting performance within partnerships, channel, or B2B ecosystems.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting cases to senior stakeholders.
- Consistent use of AI tools to accelerate analysis, modeling, and research.

- Familiarity with software/SaaS partnership models.
