Compensation: $103,500 base with $138,000 OTE plus equity

What you will do

• Create new business opportunities through a mix of outbound and inbound lead generation
• Engage MSPs via phone and email to understand challenges and offer security solutions
• Conduct a high volume of daily calls to book qualified meetings for the Account Executive team
• Maintain CRM hygiene and keep lead data accurate
• Collaborate with sales management to develop targeted lists and effective messaging strategies
• Contribute to process improvements and team training initiatives

Requirements

• Must be based in Australia
• Experience in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
• Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Coachable and eager for continuous professional improvement
