Mental Health Therapist (MedTech)

Location: Remote, United States; full-time US residency required. The role involves providing care to clients in Salem, Oregon, with in-person care through a private or group practice strongly preferred.

What you will do

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
• Support clients aged 4 and above across a broad spectrum of mental health needs.
• Apply evidence-based treatments and clinical best practices, including measurement-based care and skills practice.
• Manage clinical risk and respond to client crises when needed.
• Provide care for clients in Salem, Oregon through a private or group practice, including in-person services where possible.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track, such as MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, or PsyD.
• Unrestricted independent clinical license, such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent, with no current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
• Experience and commitment to evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, or DBT.
• Experience managing clinical risk and responding to crises.
• Full-time resident of the United States with the ability to provide care to clients in Salem, Oregon.
