Part-Time Telehealth Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LPC) - Texas

Location: Remote, US

Rate: $80 per visit, including 45-minute visits and administrative time

What you will do

• Provide individual therapy through synchronous video sessions to adults with a range of mental health conditions.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, develop treatment interventions, and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with therapists and clinicians as part of the broader clinical team.
• Use between-session messaging and electronic medical records to support patients and communicate with colleagues.
• Participate in treatment team meetings, supervision, and clinical meetings.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and comply with federal and state therapy regulations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited program.
• Active license required upon hire: LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, PhD, or PsyD.
• At least two years of therapy experience and previous telehealth experience.
• Clinical experience serving trans and queer communities.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, self-motivation, and independent-work skills.
• Ability to learn new applications and use virtual meeting platforms.

Nice to have

• Fluency in additional languages.
• Experience working with diverse groups across racial, ethnic, economic, and educational backgrounds.
