Child and Adolescent Full-Time Therapist (Pediatric Mental Health)

Location: Burke, Virginia, United States. Hybrid work model with virtual and in-person care, including a minimum of 16 clinical hours per week onsite. Availability is required after 3 p.m. ET on weekdays and/or on weekends.

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 USD per year, with a predictable base salary and additional earning potential from taking on more clients.

What you will do

• Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26.
• Build trusting therapeutic relationships with patients and families through consistent, high-quality care.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing patient assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary and specialty providers through consultation and coordinated care.
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation and patient records.
• Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate.

Requirements

• Independent Virginia licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW; LMSW candidates must have an active SISW or be eligible to obtain one.
• At least one year of experience providing direct individual therapy to children and adolescents.
• At least one year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting.
• Experience with evidence-based practices, clinical judgment, communication, and documentation.
• Technical proficiency with Google Suite, EMR systems, and virtual platforms.
• Availability after 3 p.m. ET on weekdays and/or weekends.
