What you will do

• Lead the office expansion project, coordinating contractors and logistics to scale the workspace from 50 to 150 people.
• Source and manage vendors, facilities services, and supply procurement while maintaining budget and renewal schedules.
• Assist in auditing SaaS tools and licenses to drive operational efficiency.
• Plan and execute company events, including offsites and team gatherings.
• Manage daily office logistics, visitor flow, and serve as the primary point of contact for IT and facilities inquiries.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco full-time.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, workplace coordination, or similar all-rounder roles.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple vendors, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Hands-on approach with a high comfort level for ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.

• Experience supporting office build-outs or commercial moves.
• Background in vendor sourcing and contract negotiation.
