Location: Fully onsite, five days a week at our Seattle office — 333 Elliott Ave W
Salary: $81,000–$90,000 a year

What you will do
- Own all aspects of office operations for the Seattle office and coordinate with international offices to ensure consistent practices
- Manage the Seattle HQ office budget and support an engaging, welcoming environment for employees, candidates, and guests
- Oversee site Health and Safety, including Fire Marshal and First Aider responsibilities
- Manage relationships with local property management and office vendors for security, facilities, and maintenance needs
- Plan and coordinate on-site meetings and events (happy hours, All-Hands, holiday celebrations, off-site training) and coordinate in-office lunches
- Handle mail, packages, deliveries, office supplies, and internal operational systems (space planning tools, keycard access)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support and facilities/office management
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Strong technical aptitude to utilize and leverage technology and internal systems
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
