What you will do

• Oversee all day-to-day office operations for two locations, ensuring a clean and welcoming workplace.
• Manage the procurement, inventory, and maintenance of all office furniture and equipment.
• Handle relationships with building management and service providers, including negotiating vendor contracts.
• Plan and execute office celebrations, team events, and support All Hands meetings.
• Manage office purchasing and track budgets to identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Lead the physical onboarding process by preparing workstations and welcome packages for new hires.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, hospitality, or executive support.
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Experience in budget management and vendor negotiation.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and common workplace software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
