TL;DR

Lead, Integrated Marketing (B2B): Driving pipeline growth by translating market intelligence and product developments into targeted, multi-channel campaigns with an accent on enterprise buying cycles and revenue impact. Focus on designing account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, managing campaign automation, and partnering with sales teams to optimize performance.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Lincoln, NE (Hybrid). Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 annually.

What you will do

  • Develop integrated campaign strategies aligned to pipeline goals and institutional audiences.
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, social, and events.
  • Design and implement account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives for key institutional accounts.
  • Manage campaign workflows and automation in CRM and marketing platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution to inform strategic adjustments.
  • Partner with sales teams to support pipeline progression and address deal friction points.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in demand generation or ABM.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot.
  • Proven track record of managing campaigns tied to revenue outcomes.
  • Experience marketing to enterprise or institutional buyers.
