Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in New York office). No work permit sponsorship.
Compensation: $107,500 - $188,400 USD (base $150,000 - $170,000 plus bonus and commission).

What you will do
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for key audiences.
- Own product narrative on website and channels, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
- Lead end-to-end product launches and go-to-market plans.
- Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to inform strategy and roadmap.
- Execute integrated marketing programs across web, email, events, and sales channels.
- Drive upsell/cross-sell through lifecycle messaging, campaigns, and enablement.
- Create sales assets like ROI narratives, case studies, and battlecards.
Requirements
- 5+ years as Product Marketing Manager at B2B SaaS company.
- Experience leading go-to-market and product launches.
- Skills in email platforms, CRM, marketing automation.
- Translating features to customer value propositions.
- Competitive analysis and market research.
- Customer marketing, email campaigns for expansion and pipeline.
- Sales enablement materials and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in legal tech, fintech, or complex B2B.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles.
- SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn).
