What you will do

• Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Open Mainframe Solutions and initiatives.
• Serve as the primary intermediary between market requirements and R&D teams.
• Partner with Product Owners and Architecture teams to prioritize features and explore AI/ML opportunities.
• Lead Go-To-Market initiatives to drive product adoption and measure success through KPIs.
• Present product strategy and roadmap to executive stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and software service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• 12+ years of experience in product, service, project, or program management.
• Deep understanding of the mainframe software industry and Open Source projects.
• Technical knowledge of software solutions built on Linux, GIT, and Python.
• Advanced understanding of B2B business models and software licensing.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with executive-level communication skills.
