What you will do

  • Build and lead a high-performing Deal Desk function to support field teams with pricing, approvals, and compliance.
  • Drive end-to-end deal execution for enterprise and strategic accounts, partnering with Sales, Legal, and Finance.
  • Oversee commercial contract processes, including redlines, negotiations, and the development of scalable templates.
  • Lead bespoke pricing and commercial modeling for high-value Select Bid opportunities.
  • Design and refine commercial workflows and approval matrices to reduce deal latency.
  • Deliver commercial analytics and insights regarding pipeline quality, pricing trends, and deal velocity.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in enterprise SaaS with deep expertise in deal desk, commercial operations, or revenue strategy.
  • Demonstrated success supporting complex, high-value transactions in a global B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, pricing strategies, and contract structures.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functionally at senior levels.
  • Proven leadership experience managing high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with CPQ tools, CLM systems, and CRM platforms.
