What you will do

• Own the analytics vision and roadmap for Marketing, Sales, and Finance functions.
• Lead, grow, and develop a team of 15+ analysts, setting high standards for quality and business partnership.
• Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, translating complex data into actionable business insights.
• Build the analytical foundation for customer acquisition, attribution, and growth experimentation.
• Partner with Finance to drive revenue reporting, unit economics, and board-level decision-making.
• Define and implement a best-in-class analytics operating model, including metric governance and prioritization frameworks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business or data analytics, with deep expertise in commercial functions.
• 5+ years of experience managing analytics teams, including leading managers and multi-team organizations.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record as a strategic partner to C-level executives (CRO, CMO, CFO).
• Strong technical fluency in SQL, BI tools (Looker/Tableau), and modern data stacks (Snowflake/dbt).
• Deep domain expertise in commercial metrics like CAC, LTV, and pipeline conversion.

Nice to have

• Experience building analytics centers of excellence in scaling companies.
• Background in travel, hospitality, or high-transaction-volume marketplaces.
• Familiarity with commercial tools like Salesforce, Amplitude, or HubSpot.
• Experience with advanced analytical methods such as causal inference or multi-touch attribution.
