Business Systems Operations Specialist (SaaS): Supporting and improving the operational systems behind the go-to-market organization with an accent on CRM management, workflow automation, and data integrity. Focus on optimizing HubSpot and Vitally, automating repetitive tasks using AI tools, and building reliable business reporting.
Location: Remote (Must be based in a state/province where is registered, specifically mentioning Toronto, Vancouver, or Denver)
Compensation: CA$75K – CA$100K / $80K – $120K USD

What you will do
- Support and maintain GTM systems including HubSpot, Vitally, and other operational platforms.
- Build and troubleshoot workflows, automations, lifecycle stages, and routing rules.
- Investigate and resolve system issues, workflow failures, and data inconsistencies.
- Create dashboards and reporting for pipeline, customer health, renewals, and forecasting.
- Improve CRM hygiene and maintain data accuracy across business systems.
- Automate repetitive tasks using workflows, AI tools, and low-code technologies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business systems, revenue operations, or customer operations.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Experience creating and supporting operational workflows, automations, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting across multiple systems.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be located in or able to work from a state/province where is registered.
Nice to have
- Experience with Vitally or similar Customer Success platforms.
- Proficiency with workflow automation tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, or Workato.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or low-code automation.
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to improve productivity.
- Knowledge of reporting tools (Looker, Sigma, Tableau, Power BI) and basic SQL.
