Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 CAD plus short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of the Planview Portfolios platform, including configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
• Measure and refine Agile metrics such as cycle time and throughput to evaluate team health and value delivery.
• Design and implement reporting dashboards for stakeholders, including C-suite leadership.
• Partner with analytics and platform teams to improve data reporting, automation, and integration leveraging AI.
• Define standards, controls, and usage guidelines for delivery tooling and data visualizations.
• Deliver tailored training and reference documentation for project managers, executives, and delivery teams.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work full-time in Canada is mandatory.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Planview Portfolios.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and Microsoft Access.
• Proven experience using analytics tools like Power BI or Power Platform.
• Strong training in SQL, relational database management systems, and data analysis.
• Experience working within or alongside a Portfolio Management Office (PMO/EPMO).

Nice to have

• Planview Portfolios Administrator Certification.
• Comfort with Jira tools.
