Location: Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This role follows a hybrid working model requiring in-office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Salary: $64,000 - $80,000 CAD annually (plus 5% target bonus).

What you will do
- Design, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline.
- Develop content and nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective lead follow-up and create outbound email sequences.
- Assist in tracking campaign performance using data, reports, and KPI monitoring.
- Support the local marketing team in running in-person and virtual events.
- Create, test, and optimize ABM programs to drive engagement within the target ICP.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing campaign or demand generation role, preferably in SaaS or B2B tech.
- Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns against measurable goals.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
- Must be able to work in the Toronto office three days per week.
