Location: Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This role follows a hybrid working model requiring in-office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Salary: $64,000 - $80,000 CAD annually (plus 5% target bonus).

What you will do

  • Design, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline.
  • Develop content and nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective lead follow-up and create outbound email sequences.
  • Assist in tracking campaign performance using data, reports, and KPI monitoring.
  • Support the local marketing team in running in-person and virtual events.
  • Create, test, and optimize ABM programs to drive engagement within the target ICP.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing campaign or demand generation role, preferably in SaaS or B2B tech.
  • Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns against measurable goals.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
  • Must be able to work in the Toronto office three days per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, or Outreach.
