What you will do
- Lead strategy and execution for a global portfolio of in-person events, including sponsorships and proprietary programs.
- Drive pipeline and demand generation by defining target account lists and setting opportunity goals in collaboration with Sales.
- Manage end-to-end event operations: vendor sourcing, venue, production schedules, budgets, and on-site execution.
- Coordinate integrated marketing plans across email, paid, social, and partner channels to drive high-quality attendance.
- Analyze event performance using Salesforce to track SAOs, pipeline influence, and overall ROI.
- Utilize AI tools to optimize research, planning, and execution workflows.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B event marketing experience, ideally within enterprise SaaS or technology.
- Proven track record of connecting event activity to measurable revenue and pipeline outcomes.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for campaign setup, lead capture, and attribution reporting.
- Strong grasp of demand generation principles, including ABM and lead scoring.
- Must be based in North America.
- Ability to travel regularly for on-site execution (up to 25% of time).
