What you will do

• Develop and execute localized GTM strategies and campaign roadmaps for the Northeast territory.
• Manage the regional marketing budget, allocating funds to maximize ROI against pipeline targets.
• Design high-value activations, including executive dinners, workshops, and tradeshows.
• Lead demand generation programs targeting high-intent accounts via ABM and outbound sequences.
• Partner with the regional Sales Manager to align quarterly execution plans and account prioritization.
• Track and report on performance metrics (IO volume, ROI) to optimize resource allocation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B Field Marketing or Integrated Marketing.
• Proven track record of executing campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Experience building strong relationships with regional Sales teams.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing analytics tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for leadership pitching.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York City office (Hybrid)
