What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of data engineering projects from requirement gathering to production deployment.
• Design and maintain complex data transformations using Python, Airflow, and DBT.
• Build and scale automated workflows to manage sophisticated data dependencies.
• Implement CI/CD processes and rigorous version control to maintain high engineering standards.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity through automated validation processes.
• Partner with Analytics, Sales, and Marketing teams to build curated datasets for strategic insights.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 3+ years of experience in data modeling, automation frameworks, and SQL/Python/DBT/Airflow.
• Deep experience with cloud databases like Snowflake or Redshift.
• Proven expertise in Marketing Data domains including lead, funnel, and revenue attribution models.
• Advanced proficiency in DBT lifecycle, modeling techniques, and Jinja-templated logic.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketing automation tools like Salesforce, Marketo, or Outreach.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and feature store support.
