What you will do
- Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan aligned with regional business goals and corporate strategy.
- Act as a marketing business partner to local sales leaders to support pipeline goals and revenue objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive joint marketing initiatives and mutual growth.
- Design and implement targeted campaigns based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and personas.
- Monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and optimize marketing tactics based on data analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SDR/BDR teams, product marketing, and enablement to ensure alignment.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in B2B marketing within the software industry.
- Must be based in Australia.
- Proven experience in Partner or Channel Marketing across the APAC region.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and webinar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to champion modern marketing methodologies like ABX and PDM.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of executing campaigns and events.
