What you will do

• Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan aligned with regional business goals and corporate strategy.
• Act as a marketing business partner to local sales leaders to support pipeline goals and revenue objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive joint marketing initiatives and mutual growth.
• Design and implement targeted campaigns based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and personas.
• Monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and optimize marketing tactics based on data analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with SDR/BDR teams, product marketing, and enablement to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in B2B marketing within the software industry.
• Must be based in Australia.
• Proven experience in Partner or Channel Marketing across the APAC region.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and webinar platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to champion modern marketing methodologies like ABX and PDM.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of executing campaigns and events.
