What you will do

  • Drive the global partner marketing strategy, focusing on both partner enablement (TO) and demand generation (WITH).
  • Lead and develop a small marketing team, translating strategy into quarterly plans, KPIs, and commercial outcomes.
  • Manage partner prioritization and investment across Strategic, Growth, and Long-tail tiers to maximize revenue contribution.
  • Scale the demand engine through joint GTM campaigns, co-marketing frameworks, webinars, and ABM plays.
  • Lead the GTM strategy and launch of the Partner Microsite and Integrations Hub experience.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Web, Design, Studio, and Product teams for ongoing optimization and performance measurement.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in B2B marketing, specifically in senior partner, channel, or ecosystem marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of executing co-marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience leading and developing small marketing teams.
  • Success in launching or scaling digital partner experiences such as portals, hubs, or microsites.
  • Background in SaaS, technology, or marketplace environments; hospitality tech experience is a strong advantage.
  • Must be based in London or Barcelona to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce.
