What you will do

  • Own the strategy and end-to-end execution of Tier-1 industry events and corporate conferences.
  • Design elite executive experiences and CFO roundtables to accelerate high-value enterprise deals.
  • Launch and scale aggressive co-marketing and partner collaboration initiatives.
  • Equip commercial teams with data-backed insights and tactical plays to drive net-new revenue.
  • Build and scale exclusive founder and executive communities in key hubs like SF and NYC.
  • Manage marketing automation and lead follow-up sequences to ensure high conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of high-impact B2B marketing experience in a fast-moving tech or scale-up environment.
  • Proven track record of direct accountability for revenue metrics and pipeline generation.
  • Deep experience in sales alignment and coordinating with Enterprise Sales and SDR teams.
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms like Marketo and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ability to build processes from scratch.
  • Must be based in San Francisco, CA with the ability to travel up to 20% across North America.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS scale-ups.
  • Success in building and mobilizing C-suite communities or Customer Advisory Boards.
  • Mastery of large-scale partner ecosystems and sports/brand sponsorships.
