What you will do

• Plan and execute regional field marketing programs, including industry events and company-hosted experiences.
• Partner with sales and partner teams to align field initiatives with pipeline goals and revenue outcomes.
• Manage end-to-end event execution, from vendor selection and budget management to onsite delivery and post-event follow-up.
• Deliver integrated campaigns across email, social, digital, and out-of-home channels.
• Identify and activate customers for speaking engagements, case studies, and local advocacy.
• Track and report on program performance and ROI to inform future marketing strategies.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors.
• Hands-on experience supporting events, sponsorships, or regional campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in San Francisco for this on-site role.
