What you will do

  • Protect and grow ARR by securing renewal contracts for Strategic and Enterprise Field Sales in advance of expiration.
  • Collaborate on renewal strategies and drive commercial alignment for Flex, Reflex, and Upsell opportunities.
  • Manage the closing process, including negotiating commercial terms and capturing price uplifts.
  • Prepare and present renewal sales offers to sellers 90-120 days prior to contract expiration.
  • Analyze customer license purchase and utilization to structure optimized renewal scenarios and module upgrades.
  • Forecast renewals for the territory and collaborate with Value Architects to implement risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA (verified via E-Verify and US-specific benefits).
  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Renewals, Deal Support, Contract Management, or Customer Success.
  • Proven experience with the SaaS subscription renewal process and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) business models.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience using Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CPQ.
  • Relevant industry experience in High Tech, SaaS, or Cybersecurity.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
