Client Service Representative (Insurance)

Location: Flexible work from home or an office, based on discretion and schedule; US-based role.

Salary: $34,650–$64,575 per year, plus potential performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Manage insurance programs and support day-to-day client service.
• Execute policy changes and update client information.
• Facilitate collaboration with clients and the servicing team.
• Analyze financial data and resolve client service issues.
• Manage a wide variety of tasks while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with analyzing financial data.
• Self-starter with strong organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice to have

• BS/BA in business, insurance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• One year of insurance industry experience.
• Life and Health license, or the ability to obtain one after hire.
