Salary: $55,000–70,000 plus uncapped commission

What you will do

  • Drive lead conversion by navigating qualified leads through the sales pipeline and coordinating with Account Executives.
  • Engage VP- and C-level executives and lead discovery calls with Director-level or below to advance sales conversations.
  • Proactively prospect new clients using phone calls, emails, and sales sequencing tools.
  • Achieve monthly targets by setting up 20+ qualified sales meetings.
  • Make 150+ outbound cold calls daily using AI dialing platforms.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage follow-up communications.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Culver City, California (onsite)
  • 3+ years of sales or lead generation experience, preferably in technology.
  • Experience with outbound cold calling and sales tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, and 6sense.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage executive-level prospects.
  • Understanding or willingness to learn IT, cybersecurity, and digital transformation solutions.
