Salary: $55,000–70,000 plus uncapped commission

What you will do
- Drive lead conversion by navigating qualified leads through the sales pipeline and coordinating with Account Executives.
- Engage VP- and C-level executives and lead discovery calls with Director-level or below to advance sales conversations.
- Proactively prospect new clients using phone calls, emails, and sales sequencing tools.
- Achieve monthly targets by setting up 20+ qualified sales meetings.
- Make 150+ outbound cold calls daily using AI dialing platforms.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage follow-up communications.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Culver City, California (onsite)
- 3+ years of sales or lead generation experience, preferably in technology.
- Experience with outbound cold calling and sales tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, and 6sense.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage executive-level prospects.
- Understanding or willingness to learn IT, cybersecurity, and digital transformation solutions.
