TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Fintech): Building and managing a robust sales pipeline for a rent payment platform with an accent on outbound prospecting and relationship building with property management companies. Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Salt Lake City, UT (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office).

Compensation: $60,000 - $72,250 OTE (Salt Lake City).

What you will do

  • Drive revenue and market share by winning new client relationships in the rental real estate space.
  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline within the CRM.
  • Execute creative outbound prospecting strategies across phone, email, and social channels.
  • Educate property management executives on the value of hirify.global partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts team to shape strategic adoption plans for new customers.
  • Follow up efficiently on all inbound leads to convert opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent, and collaborative environment.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with decision-makers.
  • Must be able to work from the Salt Lake City office 3 days per week.
