Sales Development Representative

Sales Development Representative (Sales): Building the top of the sales funnel for hirify.global's school and parish partnerships with an accent on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline growth. Focus on identifying high-potential partners, A/B testing tactical outreach approaches, and optimizing the sales cycle efficiency.

Location: Must be based in the U.S. (HQ in Chicago, but hiring nationwide).

Compensation: $40,000–$60,000 base salary; $65,000–$85,000 OTE.

What you will do

• Prospect and identify potential partners including teachers, principals, and pastors.
• Conduct 75-100 daily outreach communications to share the hirify.global for Schools and Parishes programs.
• Support GTM campaigns to generate inbound interest and guide organizations toward partnership.
• Test and refine tactical approaches to lead generation and ideal customer profiles.
• Document all internal and external activities to maintain a scalable sales process.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize the sales cycle and conversion rates.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• Strong written communication skills for internal and external documentation.
• Resilience and ability to maintain energy in the face of frequent rejection.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in funnel building or A/B testing.
• Passion for the hirify.global mission and familiarity with Catholic schools or ministries is highly valued.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
