What you will do

  • Build a network of enterprise customers to generate revenue across Revolut's e-commerce payment solutions.
  • Establish trusted customer relationships using a solution-based approach to communicate value propositions.
  • Manage and report accurate forecasts and pipelines while mentoring Account Executives on growth strategies.
  • Support organizational development through recruiting, hiring, and training of new talent.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales or business development within a fast-paced B2B SaaS enterprise.
  • Proven track record of selling software or web services to large enterprise accounts and consistently exceeding quotas.
  • Experience negotiating directly with C-level executives.
  • Must be based in Ireland, Spain, or the UK for remote work, or available for offices in Barcelona, Dublin, London, or Madrid.
  • Ability to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events.
