What you will do
- Build a network of enterprise customers to generate revenue across Revolut's e-commerce payment solutions.
- Establish trusted customer relationships using a solution-based approach to communicate value propositions.
- Manage and report accurate forecasts and pipelines while mentoring Account Executives on growth strategies.
- Support organizational development through recruiting, hiring, and training of new talent.
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure operational excellence.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales or business development within a fast-paced B2B SaaS enterprise.
- Proven track record of selling software or web services to large enterprise accounts and consistently exceeding quotas.
- Experience negotiating directly with C-level executives.
- Must be based in Ireland, Spain, or the UK for remote work, or available for offices in Barcelona, Dublin, London, or Madrid.
- Ability to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events.
