Location: Must be based in Boston or New York, USA (Hybrid and remote contracts available).
Salary: $247,500 – $313,500 USD (OTE).

What you will do
- Own quota attainment for the AMER territory by executing a structured go-to-market strategy for Ads.
- Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to commercial negotiation and contract closure.
- Act as a trusted advisor on retail media monetization, sponsored product mechanics, and advertiser ROI.
- Navigate complex retailer organizations to build relationships with C-level executives and VPs of eCommerce.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Legal teams to accelerate deal progression and ensure smooth onboarding.
Requirements
- Proven sales track record in ad-tech, retail media, or SaaS solutions with consistent quota over-achievement.
- Deep understanding of the marketplace and advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, ad servers, and APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize pipeline and accelerate complex B2B sales cycles.
- Experience navigating complex organizations and demonstrating ROI to senior stakeholders.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
