What you will do

  • Manage and grow a named account territory consisting of organizations with 3,000–15,000 employees.
  • Execute complex, multi-threaded sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across IT and various business lines.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Value Advisory teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Engage with VP and C-suite leadership to communicate ROI and strategic business outcomes.
  • Apply MEDDPICC methodology rigorously for opportunity qualification and accurate forecasting.
  • Mentor peers on territory planning, stakeholder mapping, and value-selling best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience focusing on enterprise accounts with 3,000+ employees.
  • Expert-level proficiency in MEDDPICC for managing complex multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Proven track record of closing deals between $50k and $100k+ ARR with 3–12 month cycles.
  • Strong executive presence with experience engaging Director, VP, and C-level personas.
  • Disciplined habit of consistent weekly outbound pipeline generation.
  • Fluency and curiosity in leveraging AI tools for account research and sales productivity.
