What you will do

• Lead the global finance function, including FP&A, accounting, treasury, and compliance.
• Own the quality and logic of core financial models for forecasting, M&A, and executive decision-making.
• Drive annual budgeting, re-forecasting, and performance reporting processes.
• Oversee liquidity planning, banking relationships, and capital structure strategy.
• Build a scalable, AI-native finance function by implementing automation and integrated workflows.
• Ensure audit readiness, statutory compliance, and accurate financial consolidation across jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK or able to work from the office 1 day per week.
• Extensive experience in enterprise FP&A, financial model architecture, and strategic analysis.
• Deep knowledge of capital structure, treasury management, and global multi-jurisdictional reporting.
• Proven leadership in building scalable finance operating models and teams.
• Expertise in implementing AI-enabled finance systems and workflow automation.
• Strong communication skills for senior-level advisory to CEO and COO.
