What you will do

  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Act as a strategic finance partner to senior stakeholders to drive performance and provide commercial guidance.
  • Manage a team of four data professionals focusing on BI reporting and advancing the analytics maturity curve.
  • Produce high-quality management reporting, KPIs, and financial performance analysis for the Executive and Board.
  • Evaluate commercial opportunities, investments, and develop detailed business cases.
  • Optimize FP&A processes, systems, and financial planning tools.

Requirements

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Significant experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Strategic Finance roles.
  • Proven track record in leading budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Experience using Anaplan for planning, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Must be based in or able to work in London on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

  • Experience in technology, fintech, financial services, or high-growth environments.
  • Exposure to M&A activity, financial due diligence, or investment analysis.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence and reporting tools.
  • Experience supporting business transformation or finance change initiatives.
