What you will do
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Act as a strategic finance partner to senior stakeholders to drive performance and provide commercial guidance.
- Manage a team of four data professionals focusing on BI reporting and advancing the analytics maturity curve.
- Produce high-quality management reporting, KPIs, and financial performance analysis for the Executive and Board.
- Evaluate commercial opportunities, investments, and develop detailed business cases.
- Optimize FP&A processes, systems, and financial planning tools.
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Significant experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Strategic Finance roles.
- Proven track record in leading budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Experience using Anaplan for planning, forecasting, and reporting.
- Must be based in or able to work in London on a hybrid basis.

- Experience in technology, fintech, financial services, or high-growth environments.
- Exposure to M&A activity, financial due diligence, or investment analysis.
- Knowledge of business intelligence and reporting tools.
- Experience supporting business transformation or finance change initiatives.
