What you will do

• Lead cross-functional program alignment across Engineering, Operations, Solutions, Product, and GTM with shared milestones, OKRs, and clear ownership.
• Own end-to-end program lifecycle: define scope, build schedules, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks to deliver on time.
• Create and maintain a single source of truth for program status, author program documentation, and provide high-impact updates to executive leadership.
• Navigate ambiguity by charting paths forward for ill-defined problems, shifting priorities, and missing processes.
• Execute tactically with hands-on involvement, including managing hardware release schedules, running sprint planning, and auditing data to resolve critical issues.
• Design scalable frameworks, tools, and communication cadences to improve collaboration between Engineering and Operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a TPM, Product Manager, or Lead Engineer managing complex, deeply technical programs.
• Proven success managing programs spanning both engineering/R&D and operational environments.
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, build structure, and influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Technical literacy to participate in architecture reviews and evaluate technical trade-offs with both hardware and software engineers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Robotics domain expertise delivering robotics/mechatronics/autonomous vehicles or hardware-software integrated systems from concept to production.
• Generative AI experience with LLMs and/or vision-language models (VLMs).
• Deep familiarity with both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall, with ability to hybridize them effectively.
• MS or PhD in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
