AI Program Manager (Product Development)

What you will do

• Establish programme structures, governance models, delivery cadences, roadmaps, and integrated plans.
• Lead complex programmes comprising multiple projects, workstreams, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Coordinate business, product, technology, operations, risk, and control stakeholders.
• Manage programme scope, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, resources, costs, forecasts, risks, issues, and decisions.
• Coordinate AI and automation pilot design, implementation, adoption, operational readiness, and value measurement.
• Prepare executive updates and decision materials, facilitate governance forums, and coordinate transition into sustainable ownership.

Requirements

• Strong programme-management experience across complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple projects or workstreams.
• Experience with integrated planning, governance, dependency management, risk management, resource and cost management, and executive reporting.
• Strong senior-stakeholder management, facilitation, influencing, and evidence-based recommendation skills.
• Working understanding of requirements, testing, controls, implementation, and operational readiness.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods.
• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience and the right to work in Ireland are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or another regulated industry.
• Exposure to artificial intelligence, automation, data, digital, or emerging-technology programmes.
• Programme or project-management certification such as PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, or an Agile delivery certification.
• Experience establishing and scaling enterprise AI programmes across multiple business units, including governance, operating model development, platform adoption, risk management, and value realization.
• Experience with programme-planning, reporting, and delivery-management tools.
