Salary: $85K – $115K + Equity

What you will do

• Build and manage AI-powered sourcing workflows to identify qualified candidates at scale.
• Design and implement automations for scheduling and pipeline management to eliminate manual tasks.
• Coordinate interview logistics and onsite visits in the Manhattan office.
• Maintain data accuracy and pipeline hygiene within the Ashby ATS.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and funnel data to provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize the candidate experience and hiring speed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting operations or coordination.
• AI fluency with a track record of using AI tools to automate professional workflows.
• Strong proficiency in data reporting and translating metrics into decisions.
• Experience with ATS systems (Ashby is a plus).
• Must be based in New York City and able to work on-site 5 days per week.
• Builder mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
